She is the Founder and CEO of Real Time Group Global (RTG), a multinational enterprise driving transformative growth across trade, tourism, enterprise development, global mobility, and corporate capacity-building. RTG maintains strategic operational presence in Kenya, the United Arab Emirates, South Africa, China, the United States, and the Cayman Islands, enabling cross-border partnerships and scalable global impact.
Lilian also serves as an Executive Board Member for African Affairs at the Female Founders Initiative Global (FFIG) and is the President and Founder of Women in Tourism Africa (WITA), a high-impact continental platform advancing women’s leadership, investment participation, and financial inclusion across Africa’s tourism value chain.
